§ 1 Name and registered office

  1. The association bears the name "ARTRONAUT hilft".

  2. It should be entered in the register of associations and then bears the addition "e.V." 

  3. The seat of the association is Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.

 

§ 2 Fiscal Year

Fiscal year is the calendar year.

 

§ 3 Purpose of the association

  1. The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable and charitable purposes within the meaning of the section "Tax-privileged purposes" of the tax code.

  2. The purpose of the association is the promotion of art, culture and science, education, national and vocational training and the support of people in need.

  3. Art refers here to all visual, performing and applied arts (painting, sculpture, architecture, literature, music, design, theatre, dance, photography, film, etc.) - hereinafter only referred to as art, culture its mediation and dissemination, science its exploration and Reflection.

  4. The purpose of the statute is realized in particular by 

    • Promotion of art projects: construction of art objects, printing of image files, publication of texts, programming of digital works, performance of music and stage plays, etc.; 

    • Allocation of scholarships and art prizes, announcement of competitions;

    • conducting guest residencies for artists (artist in residence);

    • Conducting of exhibitions and events;

    • Creation of publications, compilations, catalogues, catalogs raisonnés, academic works;

    • Conducting of research projects, awarding of research contracts;

    • Provision of premises, equipment, hardware and software, machines and technology;

    • Measures for the training and further education of artists, maintenance of training facilities, consultancy services for those who create and are interested in culture;

    • Public relations work and providing or operating our own media online and offline;

    • Acquisition of works of art and artists' estates in order to preserve and make them accessible to the general public;

    • Care and maintenance of art collections, restoration measures;

    • Lending to museums and comparable institutions;

    • Providing or operating accommodation and facilities for those in need and refugees;

    • conducting collections and transporting relief goods;

    • Implementation of integration assistance (language lessons, translations, dealing with authorities, job placement, etc.).

  1. The association can carry out the activities for the realization of the purpose of the statute itself or commission third parties to do so. It can also support third parties with benefits in kind and money who carry out the activities mentioned under (4) to achieve the purpose of the statute.

 

§ 4 Selfless activity

The association is selflessly active; it does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes.

 

§ 5 Use of Funds

Funds of the association may only be used for statutory purposes. The members do not receive payments from the association.

 

§ 6 Ban on preferential treatment

No person may be favored by expenses that are alien to the purpose of the corporation or by disproportionately high remuneration.
